Thank to E-VAI you can enjoy all the advantages of car sharing: you can rent it whenever you want, even just for an hour, and you pay just for the effective use of the vehicle, without any extra maintenance charges, taxes or insurance costs. E-VAI is an eco-friendly car sharing service, which 100% electric vehicle fleet is composed of cars with a low environmental impact (euro 5).
HOW IT WORKS:
You just need to register on www.e-vai.com or in designated stations submitting both your driving license and your ID card. Once you’ve registered, you’ll be able to reserve your vehicle directly on the website, in designated stations or calling the 800.77.44.55 hotline. At last you can pick up your car and drop it off at the designed E-VAI Point. This 24/7 available service also provides for the opportunity to pick up your car at point A and take it back to point B. Another E-VAI service’s big advantage is the opportunity to move freely in Milan’s “Area C” and, in municipalities where it is allowed, to park your car in blue-striped parking spaces and to use the priority lanes.

SERVICE COSTS:
- Electric car service costs: 5,00 €/h (without any extra costs related on mileage)
- Endothermic car service costs: € 2,40/h + € 0,48/km. An extra charge of 15€ is due in case of re-delivery of the vehicle to a different E-VAI Point.
According to the needs, you will also have the chance to choose between these two free membership solutions:
- Silver: dedicated to those who less frequently use the service. Free membership, you’ll pay only for an extra cost of €5,00 for the single rental. It can only be paid using credit cards or pre-paid cards.
- Gold: dedicated to regular customers. Free membership and prepaid rate (for a minimum of €50,00). No extra costs for the single rental. Payment solutions with credit or debit card, cash or credit transfer.
No extra costs provided in case of re-delivery of the vehicle to a different E-VAI Point, but in the same city or town.
